We only collect what we need to send your order or record your donation, and we treat it with care.
What we collect
For orders: your name, email address, mobile number, shipping address, order notes, the items you chose, your chosen payment method, any reference number and your uploaded proof of payment. For donations: your name, email address, optional contact number, amount, optional message and your uploaded proof of payment.
Why we collect it
To verify your payment, deliver your order, send you a confirmation, and keep an accurate record of funds raised for our father's care.
How proof-of-payment files are stored
Receipts and screenshots are uploaded to a private storage area that is not publicly browsable. They can only be opened by our family's admin account through short-lived, expiring links. They are never displayed on the public site.
Who can see your details
Only our family members who manage this fundraiser. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers. Email delivery is handled by a transactional email provider purely to send your confirmation.
Payments
We never collect card numbers, bank passwords or one-time PINs. Payments happen directly in GCash or your bank app, and you simply share a receipt with us.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep order and donation records while the fundraiser is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting. If you would like your details or receipt removed, contact us and we will delete them where we are able to.
Anonymity
If you would rather not be named publicly, tick the anonymous option on the donation form. We will still need your email so we can confirm your gift.
